We traveled from Columbus Ohio to Petoskey Mi to buy our travel trailer. They really worked with us on the price...beating every other RV dealership. After nearly a year of ownership we had a couple minor issues that required their attention. We set an appt with their service dept...they were prompt, professional, and courteous regarding our concerns. Ray completed our items in only a few hours and was very patient and informative regarding the repairs. We were extremely pleased with everyone...from the owner, to the sales department, to the service manager, to their repairmen. While vacationing in Petoskey October 1st with our RV we had a tire issue and stopped by to see if we could get assistance to install the spare. The service manager was very professional, recognized we were traveling home, and pulled one of the mechanics off a job to help us out. We were able to get on the road quickly thanks to your help.
